Customized Cayman

The Customized Cayman is a perfect example of what it means to build a truly custom home. As with many of our clients, this homeowner wanted to personalize an existing design to better fit their lifestyle and needs. Together, we transformed the original Cayman by adding an upstairs Hobby Room and Study, along with a private guest suite and ensuite bath on the main level. Additional changes to the kitchen and the addition of a third garage bay further enhanced both the function and livability of the home. The result is one of the finest homes we’ve had the privilege to build, and even more meaningful is the lasting friendship we continue to share with the homeowner.
